SUMMARY:Volunteer Opportunity - Dinner Optimist Club Casino Fundraising Event May 28th and 29th
DESCRIPTION:Attention Optimist Club of Calgary Members!            \nThe Dinner Optimist Club (our sister club in Calgary) is hosting a casino at the Elbow River Casino on May 28th and 29th\, 2024 and they need our help.\nThis is an important fundraiser for them and all Optimist members in both clubs have the opportunity to volunteer to fill a variety of positions including General Manager\, Banker\, Cashier\, Chip Runner\, and Count Room. \nThe shifts are as follows: \n\nMay 28th – 11 AM to 7 PM\, or 6:30 PM to 3:15 AM\nMay 29th – 11 AM to 7 PM\, or 6:30 PM to 3:15 AM\n\nTraining will be provided to those who have never worked at a casino.  The dress code is casual.  One meal will be provided per shift.  Parking is available outdoors on the south side of the building\, or in the underground heated free parking (enter on the south side of the building). \nInterested in volunteering?  Please check out the shifts that are still available and sign up by CLICKING HERE\nFor more information\, please contact Marilyn Bushell\, Dinner Optimist Club President at pgmarilyn1952@gmail.com (email). \nHope to see you there! \n  \n
