2025 Optimist Club of Calgary Christmas Party Wednesday December 10th

Attention all Members and Invited Guests!  Celebrate the Season with Sparkle & Spirit!

You’re invited to a night of joyful connection, mouthwatering cuisine, and holiday cheer as we gather for an Optimist Club Christmas Party on Wednesday, December 10th, at the McKenzie Lake Beach Club.

After last year’s spectacular celebration, we’re turning up the festive energy once again—this time with even more laughter, memories, and merriment. Reconnect with fellow Optimist Club members and their partners in a warm, friendly, and fun atmosphere.  Expect great conversations, delicious dining, and a touch of holiday magic that makes this night one to remember. Let’s toast to the season together! 🍽️🎁

Location:    McKenzie Lake Beach Club, 16199 McKenzie Lake Way SE, Calgary

Cost:  $25 per person for members and their spouses/partners or a guest.  $35 per person for other non-member guests.

What will be provided: 

• Sliced roast turkey, pan stuffing, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, medley of sauteed vegetables, buns, cranberry sauce, dessert
• Plastic cutlery, plates, napkins, and drinking glasses

What you need to bring:

• Your alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage
• Glass wine or drinking glasses, if you wish
• Please consider bringing an unwrapped Christmas gift for a child or youth.  We will arrange to have these dropped off at a Toy Mountain location in Calgary

Deadline to RSVP and pay:

• Please e-transfer Lyle Bennett, Club Treasurer $25 per person for members and their spouse/partner ($35 per person for non-club guests) to treasurer.optimistclubcalgary@gmail.com by no later than Monday, December 1st, 2025.

Schedule of Events:   Cocktails at 5:30 PM, Dinner at 6:15 PM, Socializing afterward
