Join us for the 4th Quarter Alberta, Saskatchewan, Montana & NW Wyoming Optimist District 13 Member’s Meeting at the Billings Hotel and Conference Center in Billings, Montana on August 10th, 11th, and 12th.
If you are planning on attending, you are strongly encouraged to book a hotel room NOW using the attached booking instructions below. A block of rooms has been set aside for our convention. However, they are anticipating the hotel will fill up fast due to the large 2023 Air Show (with the Blue Angels) being held in Billings on the same weekend.
Booking a room online is easy. All you have to do is to click on www.billingshotelmt.com, select your dates and room type, and enter group code 1667. The room rate for Optimists is $119.00 USD until June 30th or until all the hotel rooms have been booked.
To register for the convention, please complete the registration form below and mail it along with your cheque to Debbie Ettleman, P.O Box 21160, Billings, MT 59104. Make cheques payable to “Optimist Club of Lockwood.” Please allow time for mailing to the US.
