2025 AMSNW District 3rd Quarter Conference May 2nd to 5th in Red Deer, Alberta

Attention all Optimists!

Attend the Alberta, Montana, Saskatchewan & Northern Wyoming 3rd Quarter District Conference meeting in Red Deer, Alberta, beginning Friday, May 2nd and 3rd, 2025 in Red Deer, Alberta.

The highlight of this conference will be the Optimist Oratorical competition bringing together the top finalists from across the district to compete in the District Oratorical Scholarship Contest.

• Friday – 4 PM or Later – Hotel check-in
• Friday – 4 PM to 7 PM – Registration
• Friday – 6:30 pm to Midnight – Social Event – 1950’s Sock Hop – Rock Around the Clock Mixer
• Saturday – 8:00 AM to 4 PM – Meeting, Training Sessions, and Speakers
• Saturday – 10:30 AM to NOON – District Oratorical Scholarship Contest
• Saturday – 6 PM – Cocktails and Socializing
• Saturday – 7 PM – Formal Banquet, Speeches, and Socializing
• Sunday – 11 AM – Checkout and head home
