- Two Queen Guestroom (2 beds) – $134.00 CDN
- Business Suite (1 bed) – $142.00 CDN – upgraded room, separate sitting/work area

Please note: Room rates are quoted per room, based on single or double occupancy, in Canadian dollars. Rates include a complimentary hot buffet breakfast, Wi‑Fi, and parking. Additional adults are $10.00 per person, per night. All rates are subject to a total of 15.54% in taxes and fees.
The above rates apply to stays between August 4th and August 9th, 2026, should you wish to extend your visit and enjoy a mini‑vacation. All rooms and room types are subject to availability. A cancellation notice is required at least two weeks before arrival to get a room refund.

COME TO THE MEETING … AND STAY FOR A ‘MINI-VACATION’. YOU DESERVE IT!
Come a few days before the meeting, or stay after and take advantage of the above room rates, which are valid for any night between August 3rd and 11th, 2026.
- Visit Calgary – there are lots of great shopping (i.e., CrossIron Mills Outlet Shopping) and sightseeing opportunities close to the hotel, including the Calgary Zoo, TELUS Sparks Science Centre, Heritage Park & Automobile Museum, Studio Bell National Music Centre, and Calgary Tower – just to name a few! Go for a bite to eat, drink, or shop along the 17th Avenue Retail and Entertainment District, or the Kensington Entertainment District. You could also check out some of the over 40 Craft Breweries in Calgary.
- Visit Drumheller, Alberta (1.5 hours east of Calgary) – the world-renowned Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller (Alberta) is Canada’s only museum dedicated exclusively to the science of palaeontology
- Visit Banff – take a day trip to Banff (1.5 hours west of Calgary). There is an incredible amount to see and do around the town of Banff, including Bow Falls, Sulphur Mountain Gondola, Lake Minnewanka, Tunnel Mountain Drive, Cave and Basin, Banff Hot Springs, Banff Springs Hotel, and much more!
- Visit the Canadian Rockies – take a two or three-day trip and visit Banff, the Bow Valley Parkway, Lake Louise, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, and the Victoria Glacier (at the back of Lake Louise). In addition, you could take a drive up the Columbia Icefields Parkway and see Bow Lake, Bow Glacier, Crowfoot Glacier, and Peyto Lake Viewpoint. This trip would require one or two nights of accommodation in Canmore, Banff, or Lake Louise.
